Understand the person, the situation, and the real goal before building the plan.
About Me
I'm Chris Pierson, Coach Chris, founder of CCStayFit.
I'm from Texas, a retired United States Marine, a Certified Personal Trainer, and someone who believes that becoming stronger can change far more than your appearance. It can improve your confidence, discipline, health, mindset, and the way you approach everyday life.
CCStayFit was created to help people build that kind of strength through practical coaching, consistent action, and fitness that fits into real life.
Being a father is central to who I am. I stay active in my son's life, and taking care of my health is part of how I show up for him now and give myself the best chance to be there for as many years and moments as possible.

Foundation
I'm originally from Texas, but one of the most defining chapters of my life began when I joined the United States Marine Corps.
I was stationed at Camp Pendleton and served as a Corporal and 0111 Administrative Specialist. My responsibilities required accuracy, organization, accountability, and leadership. I supported large-scale administrative and military pay operations, worked with high volumes of information, and helped lead junior Marines through demanding responsibilities.
My time in the Marine Corps taught me how to stay disciplined when motivation disappears, how to remain accountable to the people depending on me, and how to lead by example. Those lessons still influence the way I coach today.
I believe in being prepared, paying attention to the details, adapting when something is not working, and continuing to move forward, even when progress feels uncomfortable.

Experience
After leaving active service, I continued developing my leadership and communication skills through roles in operations, logistics, account management, customer success, technology, and team management.
I have led teams, managed client relationships, solved operational problems, improved workflows, and learned how to help people move from a goal to an organized plan. I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, giving me another foundation for understanding leadership, organization, and long-term growth.
Every part of that journey taught me something that now carries over into coaching.
Real leadership is not simply telling someone what to do. It is listening, understanding where they are, helping them create a realistic plan, and supporting them while they work toward something better.
Understand the person, the situation, and the real goal before building the plan.
Turn a broad goal into organized steps that feel practical and clear.
Stay accountable, communicate honestly, and help people keep moving forward.
Creative Growth
Fitness and business are not the only areas that have shaped me.
Music has also been an important part of my personal journey. Pursuing something creative taught me patience, self-expression, confidence, and the courage to keep building even when other people cannot see the full vision yet.
It showed me that meaningful progress often happens privately before anyone else notices it.
That lesson applies directly to fitness. Long before a physical transformation becomes obvious, changes are already happening through the habits you are building, the workouts you complete, the choices you make, and the promises you begin keeping to yourself.
The Coach Chris Journey
As I became more serious about my own health and training, I wanted to understand more than simply which exercises to perform.
I wanted to understand why exercises work, how the body moves, how strength and endurance develop, how mobility affects performance, and how to build a program that people can realistically maintain. That curiosity eventually became a professional mission.
I became a Certified Personal Trainer, earned my CPR/AED certification, expanded my education in strength and conditioning, and continued studying nutrition and the different areas that contribute to complete health and performance.
CCStayFit was built for people who want to improve but may not know where to begin. It is also for people who have started before, lost momentum, and need structure, accountability, and a realistic way to get back on track.
My goal is not to make fitness feel complicated or intimidating. My goal is to help you understand what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how to remain consistent long enough to see meaningful results.
Coaching Philosophy
You should not need to feel confused every time you walk into a gym. Good coaching should give you direction and help you become more confident over time.
One imperfect workout does not ruin your progress, and one perfect workout does not create a transformation. Results come from repeatedly showing up and making the next good decision.
Physical strength matters, but fitness can also develop confidence, discipline, resilience, patience, and trust in yourself.
Everyone has a different starting point, schedule, experience level, and set of challenges. Your plan should be built around your actual life, not someone else's.
CCStayFit
My mission through CCStayFit is to help everyday people:
Whether you are beginning for the first time, returning after time away, or preparing to take your performance to another level, you deserve a plan with purpose behind it.
CCStayFit
You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin.
You only need a starting point, a plan, and the willingness to keep moving forward.
