Keep it simple: apply, get approved, refer the right fit, and receive your reward after the referral qualifies.

Apply to Become a Partner
Submit your contact and business information for review.
Step 2
Receive a Referral Code or Link
Approved partners receive a clear way to track referrals.
Step 3
Refer a New Client
The client uses your code, link, or business name when enrolling.
Step 4
Receive Your Reward
Rewards are processed after the client satisfies the qualification requirements.
Referral Rewards
Simple Reward Options
The partner chooses one reward option for each qualified referral. Rewards are reviewed and processed monthly.
Cash Reward
$25 cash referral reward
Paid for each qualified referral after the requirements are met.
Service Credit
$30 CCStayFit service credit
Applied toward eligible CCStayFit services after the referral qualifies.
What Makes a Referral Qualified
- Be a new CCStayFit client
- Purchase an eligible coaching service
- Complete at least 30 paid days
- Have no refund, cancellation, failed payment, or chargeback during the qualification period
CCStayFit does not pay for names, contact information, free consultations, canceled purchases, or unqualified leads.

These guidelines help keep the program clear, professional, and respectful of each client's privacy.
- Partners may not guarantee fitness results.
- Partners may not make medical or therapeutic claims.
- Partners may not advertise unauthorized discounts.
- Partners must accurately represent CCStayFit services.
- Client information remains private.
- CCStayFit and the referral partner remain separate independent businesses.
- CCStayFit may approve, decline, suspend, or end a partnership when necessary.
