Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 10, 2026

Last Updated: August 10, 2026

CCStayFit ("CCStayFit," "Coach Chris," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you visit www.ccstayfit.com, submit a form, download a guide, join our email list, book a consultation, inquire about or participate in coaching, apply for a business or referral program, interact with Dead Weight Athletics pages hosted on ccstayfit.com, or otherwise communicate with us.

By using the website or voluntarily providing information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:

CCStayFit and Coach Chris website pages; online coaching inquiries and related communications; free fitness guide signups; newsletter and marketing signups; discovery-call and consultation links; CCStayFit workplace wellness inquiries; referral partner applications and communications; forms hosted on ccstayfit.com; and Dead Weight Athletics or Pressure Team application forms hosted on ccstayfit.com.

Some services linked from our website are operated by third parties. Those services have their own privacy policies and practices.

For example, merchandise purchases made through the official external Dead Weight Athletics store are processed by that external store rather than directly through ccstayfit.com.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with CCStayFit.

Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, city and state, business or company name, business website, social-media information, preferred method of contact, and other information you voluntarily provide.

When requesting free fitness guides or joining our email list, we may collect your first name, email address, fitness goal, and marketing preferences.

When contacting us about online coaching or participating in coaching, you may voluntarily provide information about your fitness goals, experience level, exercise history, schedule, lifestyle, progress, physical limitations, injuries, or other information that may help us understand your coaching needs.

When submitting a workplace wellness inquiry, we may collect your contact information, company information, work email, telephone number, company website, company location, approximate number of employees, work environment, services of interest, and other information you choose to provide.

When applying to the CCStayFit Referral Partner Program, we may collect your name, business name, business category, email address, telephone number, business website or social-media page, location, referral preferences, and information about why you are interested in the program.

When applying to a Dead Weight Athletics ambassador or Pressure Team program through ccstayfit.com, we may collect information including your name, email address, general location, social-media handles, content links, follower count, content category, athletic or fitness background, previous brand partnerships, website, application responses, and electronic signature.

Consultation Information

When you schedule a discovery call or consultation through a third-party scheduling service, that provider may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, appointment time, time zone, and responses to scheduling questions.

We may receive information necessary to manage and conduct the scheduled consultation.

Payment and Transaction Information

If you purchase paid coaching or another paid CCStayFit service, payment information may be collected and processed by a third-party payment provider.

Payment providers may collect information such as your billing information, payment-card details, transaction information, and other information necessary to process your payment.

CCStayFit may receive transaction confirmation, payment status, transaction identifiers, and related records but does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card information when a third-party processor handles the transaction.

Purchases through the external Dead Weight Athletics merchandise store are handled by the external store and its payment and fulfillment providers.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit ccstayfit.com, certain technical information may be collected automatically by the website, hosting provider, analytics services, security services, or other technology providers.

This information may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, date and time of access, interactions with the website, and similar technical information.

This information may be collected through cookies, server logs, analytics tools, or similar technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use personal information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve ccstayfit.com; provide requested fitness guides and digital resources; respond to questions and inquiries; schedule and conduct consultations; determine whether CCStayFit coaching may be appropriate for you; provide and administer coaching services; personalize coaching where applicable; communicate with current and prospective clients; administer workplace wellness inquiries and programs; review referral partner applications; administer referral relationships; review and manage Dead Weight Athletics ambassador applications; process transactions; maintain business and accounting records; prevent fraud or website abuse; troubleshoot technical problems; understand how visitors use the website; improve our services and content; comply with legal obligations; protect our legal rights; and enforce applicable agreements or policies.

We may also use information to send marketing communications when you have signed up for or otherwise agreed to receive them.

4. Fitness and Health-Related Information

Because CCStayFit provides fitness coaching, you may voluntarily share information relating to your fitness level, exercise history, injuries, physical limitations, goals, or other health-related considerations.

We use this type of information only as reasonably necessary to communicate with you, evaluate coaching needs, provide requested services, support program design, promote safe exercise practices, and maintain appropriate business records.

CCStayFit is a fitness coaching business and is not a medical provider. You should not use general website forms to send unnecessary medical records, Social Security numbers, health-insurance identification numbers, government identification documents, financial account credentials, or other highly sensitive information.

Information shared with a personal trainer or fitness coach is not automatically subject to the same privacy rules that apply to information maintained by a physician, hospital, or other covered healthcare provider.

5. Email Marketing and Communications

If you sign up for free guides, subscribe to the CCStayFit email list, or affirmatively agree to receive marketing communications, we may send you fitness education, company updates, coaching information, announcements, promotional offers, or related content.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in the email or contacting us at:

coach@ccstayfit.com

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily prevent us from sending non-promotional communications that are necessary to provide a service, respond to your request, manage an existing business relationship, or communicate about a transaction.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

CCStayFit and service providers supporting the website may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain website functionality, improve security, understand website usage, remember preferences, measure website performance, and improve the visitor experience.

Some third-party services may place or access cookies or similar technologies when you interact with their services.

You can generally control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect how portions of the website function.

7. Analytics and Online Tracking

We may use analytics or similar website-performance tools to understand how visitors interact with ccstayfit.com.

These tools may collect technical information such as your device type, browser, IP address, referring page, pages visited, general geographic area, and interactions with website content.

Third-party services may have their own methods of collecting information when their technology is used on our website.

Do Not Track Disclosures

Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" or similar setting.

Because there is not one universally adopted standard for legacy Do Not Track signals, ccstayfit.com may not independently respond to every Do Not Track signal sent by a browser.

You may still use browser settings, cookie controls, and other available privacy tools to limit certain types of tracking.

If our use of advertising or tracking technologies changes in a way that requires additional opt-out mechanisms under applicable law, we will update our practices and this Privacy Policy accordingly.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary compensation.

We may disclose information to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide requested services.

These providers may include website hosting and infrastructure providers, email and newsletter providers, scheduling providers, payment processors, analytics and website-performance providers, cloud-storage or file-delivery providers, communication providers, professional advisers, and other vendors supporting our operations.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, court orders, or government requests; investigate fraud, security incidents, or misuse; enforce agreements or protect legal rights; protect the safety or rights of CCStayFit, clients, users, or others; or complete a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale, or transfer involving all or part of the business.

Service providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.

9. Third-Party Services and External Websites

ccstayfit.com contains links to websites and services that CCStayFit does not operate.

These may include scheduling services such as Calendly, social-media platforms, email services, payment processors, analytics services, and the official external Dead Weight Athletics merchandise store.

When you leave ccstayfit.com or interact directly with a third-party service, that service's privacy policy and terms apply.

CCStayFit does not control the privacy, security, or data-handling practices of independent third parties.

10. Dead Weight Athletics Merchandise and Ambassador Program

Dead Weight Athletics pages may be hosted on ccstayfit.com.

Information submitted directly through a Dead Weight Athletics or Pressure Team application form hosted on ccstayfit.com is covered by this Privacy Policy.

Applicant information may be used to evaluate applications, communicate with applicants, administer ambassador opportunities, verify eligibility, review publicly available social-media content provided by the applicant, maintain program records, and manage the relationship if an applicant is accepted.

Applicant information submitted through the form is not sold or intentionally published merely because an application was submitted.

Merchandise purchases are completed through the external official Dead Weight Athletics store. Payment, order processing, shipping, fulfillment, returns, and related customer information submitted directly to that store are governed by the external store's applicable privacy policies and terms.

11. Referral and Workplace Wellness Information

Information submitted through CCStayFit referral partner or workplace wellness forms is used to evaluate applications or requests, communicate with businesses and representatives, administer approved relationships, and maintain appropriate program records.

Referral partners should not submit another individual's private contact, health, or personal information to CCStayFit unless that individual has authorized the disclosure or another lawful basis permits it.

Where possible, prospective clients should contact CCStayFit directly or use the applicable partner referral code, link, or business name.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention periods may depend on the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, legal and accounting requirements, dispute-resolution needs, fraud prevention, contractual obligations, and legitimate business recordkeeping.

We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably necessary to retain it.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications may result in your email address being retained on an internal suppression or unsubscribe list so that we can respect your request not to receive additional marketing messages.

13. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We also seek to use reputable third-party providers for services involving personal information.

However, no website, electronic transmission, cloud service, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide information electronically at your own risk.

If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will respond and provide notifications when required by applicable law.

14. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and the laws applicable to CCStayFit, you may have rights relating to your personal information.

These may include the ability to request access to certain information we maintain about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of certain information, withdraw marketing consent, unsubscribe from marketing communications, or request information about how your personal information is used or disclosed.

To make a privacy request, contact:

coach@ccstayfit.com

Please include enough information for us to understand your request.

We may need to verify your identity before providing, correcting, or deleting personal information. We will only request information reasonably necessary for verification.

Certain information may need to be retained despite a deletion request when required for legal compliance, transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, contractual obligations, security, or other lawful purposes.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right provided by applicable law.

15. Children and Minors

ccstayfit.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 through general website forms.

Individuals under 18 should use CCStayFit services, submit personal information, or participate in coaching only with appropriate parent or legal guardian involvement when required.

Certain programs, including the Dead Weight Athletics Pressure Team ambassador application, may require applicants to be at least 18 years old.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us improperly, contact coach@ccstayfit.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

16. Information About Other People

Do not submit another person's private personal information through ccstayfit.com unless you have authorization to do so.

This includes information submitted through referral, workplace wellness, ambassador, coaching, and contact forms.

17. Social Media

CCStayFit maintains profiles on third-party social-media platforms.

If you interact with CCStayFit through Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or another social network, the platform may collect information about your interaction according to its own privacy policy.

Information you publicly post on social-media services may also be publicly accessible.

18. Business Transfers

If CCStayFit or substantially all of its assets are sold, merged, reorganized, transferred, or otherwise involved in a business transaction, information maintained by the business may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

19. Legal Compliance

We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, subpoenas, court orders, or lawful government requests.

We may also use or disclose information when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, threats, or violations of our agreements or policies.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, technology providers, business practices, or legal obligations change.

When we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date.

Material changes may also be communicated through additional means when appropriate or legally required.

We encourage visitors to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
